Dune, and other Spaces

After I, Robot I was high and dry; having been too consumed with the Ellison/Asimov project to have promoted myself at large. At this time I had only heard whispers tell of something called Collectible Card Games, and how they were cool and how they needed artists. When Last Unicorn Games came calling, the name "Dune" on their lips and offering pittance money, I was more than ready. This was to be my entry into game art.

    In 1997 a little game outfit called Last Unicorn, out of Harrisburg, PA, began producing a collectible card game based on Frank Herbert's matchless novel. Out of dumb, beautiful luck I got to illustrate a universe I had loved since age fourteen.
